Joseph Truglia is a fifth-generation builder with more than 35 years of field experience across residential, commercial, structural-remediation, and disaster-recovery construction.

His career has included work as a lead carpenter, project manager, estimator, construction company owner, New York City Department of Buildings construction inspector, and compliance specialist on federally funded disaster-recovery programs.

He has managed projects from initial scope and estimating through permitting, scheduling, trade coordination, inspection, documentation, and closeout.
